Welcome to Rocket Host! These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Rocket Host Marketing Agency and apply to all services provided by us. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Overview of Services

Rocket Host provides the following professional marketing services:

  • Social Media Management
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising
  • Google Business Profile Optimization
  • Email Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Affiliate Marketing Setup
  • Video Marketing & YouTube Management
  • Analytics & Conversion Tracking
  • Branding and Campaign Strategy

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required accounts (e.g., social, email, ad platforms).
  • Respond to communication promptly to avoid delays.
  • Supply all content, logos, and branding materials as needed.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. Payment Terms

  • Services require an upfront deposit or full payment as per the agreement.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe (typically 7–14 days).
  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee or result in service suspension.
  • Custom retainers and ongoing contracts are billed monthly or as agreed.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, ads, reports, and creative content produced by Rocket Host remain our property until full payment is made.
  • After payment, rights to agreed deliverables are transferred to the client.
  • Rocket Host retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

5. Service Limitations & Guarantees

  • While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific KPIs (such as sales or follower growth) due to market variability.
  • Performance may be affected by platform policy changes, competitor actions, and client-side constraints.

6. Revisions & Project Scope

  • All services come with a set number of revisions (e.g., 2–3 per asset).
  • Additional revisions or requests beyond scope may incur extra charges.
  • Projects may be paused if timely feedback is not provided.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private. This includes login details, marketing strategies, internal reports, and any other sensitive data.

8. Third-Party Tools

Rocket Host uses reputable third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing software). We are not responsible for their service disruptions or policy changes.

9. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice.
  • All unpaid invoices and pending deliverables must be settled prior to termination.
  • No refunds for services already rendered.

10. Refund Policy

  • Due to the strategic and time-based nature of marketing services, Rocket Host generally does not offer refunds unless stated in the contract.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for overpayments or unused services.

11. Liability Limitation

Rocket Host is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
  • Errors arising from inaccurate client-provided data or failure to act.
  • Platform bans or ad disapprovals caused by client violations.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 3 months of service.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, platform downtimes, and pandemics.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.
  • If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration in London,UK.
  • Legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of UK.

14. Modifications to Terms

Rocket Host may update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
