Welcome to Rocket Host (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our web development and digital marketing services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

We provide web development, graphic design, branding, and digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and email marketing. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 46% is required before work commences.
  • Full payment must be made upon completion of the project or as per agreed milestones.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per week.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines will be provided in the project agreement.(Proposal)
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, incomplete content) may extend deadlines.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to third-party integrations or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all provided materials comply with copyright and legal regulations.
  • Maintain backups of any content or materials provided to us.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the final design, website, or marketing content.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party software, images, or plugins used may be subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Changes

  • The number of revisions included in the project will be specified in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
  • We comply with data protection regulations and will not share client data with unauthorized third parties.

8. Liability & Warranties

  • We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., SEO rankings, social media engagement).
  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business interruptions caused by third-party services or software.
  • The client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and security of their website unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

9. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice.
  • Fees for work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed work.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
