Terms & Conditions for Affiliates

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates must promote products ethically without false claims or misleading advertisements.
  • No spamming, fake reviews, or deceptive tactics are allowed.
  • Affiliates must not use paid ads that compete with our official marketing campaigns (e.g., bidding on our brand name).
  • Affiliates must comply with all marketing guidelines set by the platform.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a percentage-based commission on each successful sale. The commission rates are as follows:

  • Physical Products: 10% commission per sale
  • Digital Products: 15% commission per sale
  • Subscription Services: 5% recurring commission
  • High-Ticket Items (above $500): 3% commission per sale

Bonuses may be offered for top-performing affiliates who consistently generate high sales.

4. Payouts & Minimum Threshold

  • Commissions are approved and paid every week via PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $10.
  • Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate to receive payouts without delay.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited.
  • Promoting illegal, harmful, or offensive content is not allowed.
  • Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other unethical practices.
  • Violation of these rules will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a referred customer requests a refund, the commission earned on that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
  • Chargebacks due to fraud, disputes, or misrepresentation will invalidate any commissions earned from those transactions.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

  • Affiliates found violating these terms will be permanently banned.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time if fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Affiliates can request account closure with 7 days’ notice via written request.
